  • The number of sessions you will require depends on your goals and health conditions. It takes older people longer to build muscle, so we encourage our seniors to take a long-term view to their exercise programmes.  Initially, it is useful to have regular check in, as confidence and ability improves, sessions can be spaced out.  We’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your needs.
